Network Engineer/System Adm Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A+ and/or Network + certificiations preferred. ADvantage Case Manager Provides certified ADvantage Case Management services through collaborating with ADvantage members and their support systems, including family members, caregivers, etc. by assessing, facilitating, planning, advocating and monitoring health and social needs, thus enabling members to remain in their home and in the community. This position administers certifiied ADvantage case management services within the scope of practice of the MCHS program. Work may entail working with high risk clients and helping mentor new certified ADvantage case managers as appropriate. RN, LPN or Baccalaureate degree required. Must be certified by the state and have one year prior professional experience working with seniors and/or people with disabilities. Must have extensive knowledge of community services related to ageing and disabilities. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and utilize new records management and billing systems, as required.
