Provides outreach in these areas through information and educational events and other venues. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health or Administration, or Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited college or university. An Associate’s degree will be considered with a minimum of 2 years employment experience in a health care venue. Bilingual – ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish. Certified Application Counselor (CAC) and/or CMS approved Navigator or completes the certification process within 30 days of hire date. Travel between sites and the ability to interact with others in both small and large group settings.  Full-Time  8/8/14​

 Nursing  LPN  Clinic located in Nowata, OK. Works under the direction of a qualified professional nurse. Participates in the planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care within the objectives, standards, and policies of the department and within the parameters of his/her preparation. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staff, and other clinical departments. Completion of a formal education program in practical nursing and current state licensure required. One year of clinical practice. Provides excellent customer service in face-to-face and telephone encounters. Provides patient education that is respectful and appropriate for issues of culture, education, emotional state and age. Monitors medical records to ensure correct documentation and to anticipate providers needs. Bilingual a plus.​  8:30am – 5:30pm M-F  Occasional evening until 7pm, occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm.
 ADvantage Case Manager  Provides certified ADvantage Case Management services through collaborating with ADvantage Members and their support systems, including family members, caregivers, etc, by assessing, facilitating, planning, advocating and monitoring health and social needs, thus enabling members to remain in their home and in the community. This position administers certified ADvantage case management services within the scope of practice of the MCHS program. Work may entail working with high risk clients and helping mentor new certified ADvantage case managers as appropriate. RN, LPN, or Baccalaureate degree required. Must be certified by the State and have one year prior professional experience working with seniors aand/or people with disabilities. Must have extensive knowledge of community services related to againg and disabilities. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and utilize new records management and billing systems, as required. Must have strong writing skills and oral presentation skills.​ Full-Time  8/6/14​
Cross-Trained CMA Provides competent, direct, and individualized care that is consistent with the standards of care and the policies and procedures of Morton and within their scope of practice. Assists with front office duties of payment collection, batching, and check out procedures; provides excellent customer service by face-to-face and telephone encounters. High school education or equivalent. Must have current certification with an accredited Medical Assistant school. Minimum of six (6) months experience in a medical facility preferred. ​ Full-Time 8/8/14
