 MIS  Desktop Support Technician  Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Prior support experience in a Microsoft networked environment required. Understanding of IP networking concepts: routing, sub netting and access controls. Experience with PC client imaging software (Ghost), creating and updating images, using Sysprep for Windows XP and Windows 7. A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP or MJCP) a plus.  Promotora Promotora is responsible for bi-lingual outreach and education promoting area citizen access to women’s and teen-friendly health care at MCHS’ East Healtth Center. This position promotes greater patient awareness on care available through offering culturally appropriate education that assists area residents access to primary women’s and related health services. This position also assists in the development and implementation of effective communication strategies, standards and practices which provide community members with access to primary care at the East Health Center. Promotoras must have knowledge and experience in health care along with experience in identifying resources and education for a diverse socio-economic population. Must be high school graduate. An associates or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, or the equivalent experience is preferred. Promotora must be fluent in Spanish and English. This position must understand guidelines and requirements for resources like Medicaid and other health care programs that improve resident access to care. Promotoras must possess the ability to speak publicly with tact and patience, presenting a professional appearance and attitude. Events that will be attended may be in the evenings or on week-ends. Overtime may be required at times. This position must be able to drive and/or travel to attend meetings in the community and occasionally within the state.  8:30am – 5:30pm M-F​Occasional evenings or on week-ends  6/11/14​
 Nursing  LPN  Participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care within the objectives, standards and established policies. Cooperates with the members of the nursing and medical staff and other clinical departments​  8:30am – 5:30pm M-F  Occasional evening until 7pm, occasional Saturday 9am – 1pm.
 ADvantage Case Manager  Provides certified ADvantage Case Management services through collaborating with ADvantage Members and their support systems, including family members, caregivers, etc, by assessing, facilitating, planning, advocating and monitoring health and social needs, thus enabling members to remain in their home and in the community. This position administers certified ADvantage case management services within the scope of practice of the MCHS program. Work may entail working with high risk clients and helping mentor new certified ADvantage case managers as appropriate. RN, LPN, or Baccalaureate degree required. Must be certified by the State and have one year prior professional experience working with seniors aand/or people with disabilities. Must have extensive knowledge of community services related to againg and disabilities. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and utilize new records management and billing systems, as required.
